Maximise your up time

Preventative maintenance is a great way to know that your instrument is working to to maximum potential and maximising up time.

MPL Mass Spec offers Preventative maintenance visits for the following Sciex and Eksigent products

Sciex TripleToF 4600, 5600 and 6600.
Sciex blueline 6500, 6500Qtrap, 5500, 5500Qtrap and 4500.
Sciex Legacy API150, API2000,Qtrap, API3000, API3200, API4000, API4000Qtrap and API5000
Eksigent Ultra, 415 and 425.
Sciex QStar Pulsar, XL an Elite

All instruments are tested to the identical standards as the OEM specification. Ion path cleaning is included on all PMs that are two days long, PMs that last only one day this will be an added cost.

PM Kits are available for all instruments and can be added to the PM.

PMs can be coupled with other service visits such as breakdowns and detector refurbishment.

IQOQ and PQ is also available for all MS equipment.

All work is quoted and agreed upon before work is commenced.

Typically a PM can last 1 or two days;
If you require trap specs on your Qtrap you will need 2 days
4600, 5600, 6600 and Qstar PMs will last 2 days
4500, 5500 and 6500 will need 1 day
API2000, API3000 and API4000 will need 1 day

PMs are charged the same as a repair call, it is dependant on the amount of time needed. For PMs that can not be travelled to and from in a day extra charges will be added for plane, hotels etc. All prices will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.

PM kits are charged on top of a PM, if you have standards that you are happy to use or some unused pump oil you would use rather than buying new, we are happy to amend the price to account for this.
