Initial troubleshooting is free of charge, whether it be via phone, email or a remote session. We ensure that there are no unexpected charges but discussing and agreeing all costs before work begins.

frequently asked questions

All labour is charged at a standard day rate, if we are unable to travel to and from in one day at extra cost will be added to cover flight, hotel etc. Parts are added on top and the price is discussed before they are fitted. We will find you a quality part and the lowest possible price.

If you don’t have a contract with us you will be given the earliest possible response time, we have to prioritise our contract customers first then its on a queue system. If you are lucky you could get a next day service.
